Real estate valuation courses
The Professional valuation division of the National Public Organization “Union of Economists of Turkmenistan” (UET) in cooperation with the School of Economy and Business of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute have organized the professional training course “Basics of valuation. Valuation of Real estate” between 14 March and 01 June 2023. The member of the Professional valuation department of UET Mr. Rejep Topbakov was involved as a course trainer. Based on the certificate of completion issued by SEB the candidates may apply to the qualification exam organized by the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan for appraisers. Totally 40 candidates have passed the training course in order to devote themselves for professional valuation activities in Turkmenistan.
