Professional ethics

Sergey Mineyev, partner of TurkmenExpert (former Turkmen Management Consulting), has attended the “Integrity, transparency and compliance” workshop and executive training in Almaty on 27-28 June 2013. The workshop has been organized by the Center for Integrity in Business and Government (CIBG) of CEU Business School. The workshop brought together top managers from five countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

The training has been focused on the following main topics:

  • Business Integrity in regional context;
  • Risks and risk assessment in entering international markets;
  • International legal and market instruments for transparency in business;
  • Social, cultural and leadership criteria for creating an integrity culture;
  • Compliance mechanisms and enforcement.

The main workshop’s goal was to create a unique cross-cultural network of business leaders and companies committed to promoting integrity on a long-term basis.
