Developers` Business Valuation

Sergey Mineyev, partner of TurkmenExpert, has attended the “Developers’ Business Valuation,” round table in Moscow, Russia on 26 November 2013. The round table has been organized by the Russian branch of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Russia & CIS).

The round table has been focused on the following main topics:

• Money flows prediction for big, medium and small developers’ companies, including post-prediction period in the «going concern» aspect;
• Analysis and record models of specific risks of company in discount rate;
• Fair Value in IFRS – Auditor’s point of view and oth.

Based on the results of the round table, TurkmenExpert plans to arrange trainings for its specialists in order to upgrade their professional skills.
