Business Valuation seminar-workshop

Sergey Mineyev, partner of TurkmenExpert, has attended the “Basics of Business Valuation,” seminar-workshop in Moscow, Russia on 31 January 2014. The seminar has been organized by the Russian branch of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Russia & CIS).

The seminar has been focused on the following main topics:

  • Key factors of business value. Methodology basics of business valuation;
  • Premiums and discounts for share possession and liquidity. Practical examples of premiums and discounts application;

The training has been made by the coach Ekaterina Sinogeykina, MRICS, PhD, General Director of Euroexpert company.

Based on the results of the round table, TurkmenExpert plans to arrange trainings for its specialists in order to upgrade their professional skills.
