4th Congress of Appraisers of Turkic States

On March 15, 2025 in Uzbekistan, Tashkent city hosted a congress of appraisers, which gathered experts and specialists in the field of real estate valuation. Among the participants of the event was a delegation from Turkmenistan, headed by Nataliya Voyevodina, Head of the Appraisers Branch (Partner of Nexia Appraisal, TurkmenExpert).

The Congress has become an important event for Central Asian valuation professionals. Within the framework of the event were discussed current challenges and trends, as well as issues of introduction of international standards into the evaluation practice.

“Participation in such a large-scale event helps not only to share knowledge, but also to strengthen professional ties between countries. It is important for us, as valuation professionals, to continue to improving our work, integrating international standards and increase the level of confidence in the valuation activity”, - said Nataliay Voyevodina.

The Congress became a platform for discussing the issues of legal regulation in the field of valuation, as well as the prospects of digitalization and introduction of new technologies in the valuation activities. The participants of the event emphasized the importance of creating a unified expert environment in Central Asia for more efficient and transparent assessment of the valuation process.

Thus, the participation of the delegation from Turkmenistan, headed by Nataliay Voevodina, was an important step in strengthening professional ties and expanding cooperation between the countries of the region in the field of evaluation.
