2nd Forum of CAATS
November 13-15, 2023 The 2nd International Forum of Appraisers was held in Ankara (Turkey). This large-scale industry event brought together more than 300 experts from different countries.
The event was organized by the Council of Associations of Appraisers of the Turkic States (CAATS) and the Association of Appraisers of Turkey (TDUB). The forum was aimed at strengthening international cooperation and sharing best practices in the field of valuation.
Currently, the CAATS includes professional associations of appraisers from seven states of the Turkic-speaking region, of which full members are Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkey and associate members (observers) Northern Cyprus and Turkmenistan.
On behalf of the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan (UET), Mr. Sergey Mineyev attended the event, making a presentation on the development of professional valuation activities and the system of legal regulation of valuation activities in Turkmenistan.
In general, the 2nd International Forum of Appraisers in Ankara became a significant event in the world of appraisal and outlined new horizons for the professional growth and development of specialists in this field.
The 3rd International Forum of Appraisers will be held in May 2024 in Baku. This significant professional event is expected to attract even more participants than previous ones. The forum will discuss current issues of valuation, as well as new trends and prospects for the development of this area.
