Real estate valuation courses
The Professional valuation division of the National Public Organization “Union of Economists of Turkmenistan” (UET) in cooperation with the School of Economy and Business of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute have organized the professional training course “Basics of valuation. Valuation of Real estate” between 12 February and 01 May 2024. The members of the Professional valuation department of UET Mr. Batyr Seidov and Mrs. Nasiba Mashadova were involved as the course trainers. Based on the certificate of completion issued by SEB the candidates may apply to the qualification exam organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan for appraisers. Totally 26 candidates have passed the training course in order to devote themselves for professional valuation activities in Turkmenistan.
