We hereby provide a brief analysis of changes in Turkmenistan laws announced on December 7, 2024.
The changes relate to the Tax Code of Turkmenistan, the Law of Turkmenistan On currency regulation and currency control in foreign economic relations and the Labour Code of Turkmenistan.
